The Marketing Manager In-Park Revenue will lead the strategy development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive revenue for high-value in-park products. This role is responsible for increasing awareness trial and conversion for key offerings such as animal experiences (e.g. zoo products) VIP tours All-Day Dine and ancillary products like Quick Queue. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven with a passion for creating compelling guest experiences and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans & budgets to drive sales for designated in-park revenue products.
  • Partner with product operations and revenue management teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance product awareness and guest engagement.

Campaign Development & Management

  • Create targeted marketing campaigns across digital in-park and traditional channels.
  • Oversee creative development ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging.
  • Manage promotional calendars offers and upsell strategies to maximize yield.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance product sales trends and guest behavior.
  • Adjust strategies in real time based on performance data and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative digital PR and social media teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and effective.
  • Collaborate with park operations to ensure marketing aligns with the on-site guest experience.
  • Support training and communications for front-line teams to improve upsell effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing preferably in attractions hospitality or retail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM CMS and marketing automation tools a plus.
