Job Description
- Complete projects using artificial intelligence / machine learning techniques for improved customer experience including analyzing customer sentiment customer interactions and customer portals.
- Visualize trends using interactive dashboards.
- Structure data received from customer interactions with company agents and merge this data across various communication streams to get a holistic view of customer sentiment during their interactions and provide the Total Customer Experience.
- Develop and manage an interactive portal to depict the various trends and statistics of Customer Satisfaction and Agent Performance giving the company valuable insights to improve the overall Customer Experience.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all Customer Experience matters to migrate the internal Customer Experience program into a third party solution.
Target Base Salary Range: $96928 - $120900 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
