We are excited to announce that we are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor (all genders) to become a valuable member of our expanding team in Portugal.
In this role you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that are critical to our operations including:
- Handle corporate secretarial tasks including company registrations updates and filings with relevant authorities.
- Manage and execute property and commercial registry procedures (registos prediais e comerciais).
- Support the drafting review and maintenance of corporate records and legal documentation.
- Conduct light reviews of commercial contracts under the supervision of senior legal counsel.
- Prepare and perform notarial acts certifications and authentic instruments in accordance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts agreements and corporate documentation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (registries notaries public entities law firms) when required.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies (Solicitadoria) and active registration with the Portuguese Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução (OSAE).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in property and commercial registries (registos prediais e comerciais).
- Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks in Portugal.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
