Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Komponenten die hauptschlich auf der Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW)-Technologie basieren und umfasst Produktionsbereiche mit verschiedenen Reinraumklassen fr den Frontend- (Wafer-Produktion) und Backend-Bereich (Montage). Zur Produktion gehren auch umfangreiche HF-Prfgerte.

Wir sind international in den Bereichen Mobilkommunikation Industrieelektronik Luft- und Raumfahrt Verteidigung und Sensortechnik ttig.

Sie berichten an den Manager Process Engineering und sind Teil des Process Engineering-Teams das fr die Frontend-Prozesse der Produktionslinie fr akustische Oberflchenwellen (SAW) verantwortlich ist. Als Process Engineer Frontend Process Engineering mssen Sie bereit sein eigenverantwortlich zu handeln um die Produktion zu untersttzen und Prozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Auerdem untersttzen Sie das Process Engineering Team in den Bereichen Wartung Prozesssteuerung und -analyse sowie bei der Entwicklung neuer Wafer-Bearbeitungstechnologien.

Weitere Details zu den Erwartungen und Aufgaben dieser Position:

• Verantwortung fr die Fotolithografieprozesse der SAW-Produktionslinie.
• Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung der Anforderungen an neue und optimierte Anlagen Materialspezifikationen und zugehrige Werkzeuge.
• Untersttzung des Process Engineering-Teams und des Produktionsbetriebs in Bereichen wie Ertragssteigerung Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung sowie Fehleranalyse.
• Ausgeprgtes technisches Interesse und Fhigkeiten in der Wartung und Reparatur von Fertigungsanlagen mit der Bereitschaft zunehmend Verantwortung fr das Prozessmanagement zu bernehmen.
• Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen um eine hohe Produktivitt innerhalb der Verfahrenstechnik sicherzustellen.

The Teltow site develops and manufactures electronic components based mainly on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology and includes production areas with different clean room classes for the front-end (wafer production) and back-end (assembly) areas. Production also includes extensive RF test equipment.

We are internationally active in the fields of mobile communications industrial electronics aerospace defence and sensor technology.

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering you will be part of the Process Engineering team responsible for frontend processes of the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) production line. As a Process Engineer Frontend Process Engineering you need the willingness to act on you own authority to support the production and to optimize and further develop processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance process control and analysis as well as the development of new wafer processing technologies.

• Responsibility for the photolithography processes of the SAW production line.
• Contribution to the requirements of new and optimized equipment material specifications and related tooling.
• Support of the Process Engineering team and production operations in areas such as yield improvement process development and optimization and failure analysis.
• Strong technical interest and skills in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment with a willingness to assume increasing responsibility for process management.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure high productivity within Process Engineering.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualificationen/Anforderungen

• Master-Abschluss in Chemie oder Ingenieurwesen (bevorzugt)
• Erfahrung mit Fotolithografie-Technologien
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Kompetenzen

• Erfahrung mit Frontend-Fertigungstechnologien
• Beherrschung von Prozessoptimierungstechniken
• Ausgeprgte technische und elektronische Kenntnisse zur Untersttzung von Fertigungsanlagen

• Masters degree in Chemistry or Engineering (preferred)
• Experience with photolithography technologies
• Proficiency in German both written and spoken

Competencies

• Experience in frontend manufacturing technologies
• Proficiency in process optimization techniques
• Strong technical and electronic skills to support manufacturing equipment
