- Memory Care Support: Provide compassionate care and redirection for clients with dementia or Alzheimers.
- Daily Living Assistance: Help with bathing grooming dressing mobility and hygiene.
- Medication Reminders: Support clients in managing medication routines.
- Meal Prep & Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation to support well-being.
- Companionship & Engagement: Encourage conversations activities and social interaction.
- Health Monitoring: Observe document and report any changes in condition.
- Prior experience in memory care (Alzheimers dementia or related conditions).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Compassion patience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.
