Opportunity/Benefits:
$16-18 per hour
Engage with and be around students on a daily basis

Requirements:
Completed high school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience
At least one year of experience working with students
Must live in the Tampa Bay area
Cheerful and friendly individual with professional boundaries and standards
Ability to multitask in a very busy environment
An ideal candidate would be currently in a Bachelors or Masters program
Ability to work during the school year and summer months
Schedule:
Saturdays 8:30-4:30 pm
- Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:00-8:30 pm
- Once a month we have a staff meeting until 8:30/9:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Engage with students to ensure their time at Huntington is memorable and enjoyable
Memorizing names of all students attending sessions
Assist with answering incoming telephone calls determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to applicable personnel
Monitor and proctor assessments to students
Provide potential families information regarding Huntington Learning Center services across the academic continuum
Handle general office tasks and administrative duties such as entering data filing maintaining office equipment and preparing student records
Must provide professional references before starting position
