Ventilator Management Specialist
Location: Various locations across NJ
Shift: 6:45 PM 7:00 AM 3 x 12 hr shifts/week
Duration: 13 Weeks (extension highly likely)

Key Responsibilities:
Set up adjust and monitor mechanical ventilators for optimal patient outcomes.
Provide troubleshooting for complex ventilator issues.
Assist physicians in decision-making regarding ventilation strategies.
Document ventilator parameters and patient response accurately.
Train clinical staff on proper ventilator usage and protocols.
Ensure emergency preparedness with backup equipment.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
Perform regular physical tasks associated with care delivery.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of ventilatory mechanics and modes.
Confidence working in high-stress environments.
Team-player able to float between different units.
