As an Outpatient Therapist you will provide:
- Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
- Service Plans: Develop individualized written service plans to address clients specific needs and goals.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must be licensedin Virginia (e.g. LPC LCSW LMFT).
- Education: Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
