This position manages the daily and ongoing operational activities of the Employee Health program and is responsible for establishing systems and processes to ensure the program is successful efficient and compliant with regulatory standards. This employee participates in planning implementation and evaluation of new and existing wellness initiatives. Demonstrates the ability to provide leadership guidance and acts as a resource and collaborative partner to staff and organizational leaders.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a multidiscipline team(s). Ability to motivate & manage complex projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Nursing degree (BSN/RN) required. Current Vermont RN licensure.
EXPERIENCE
Three years of nursing experience preferable in Employee Health Services. Knowledge of hospital operations preferred. Knowledge of Wellness concepts and personal connection with wellness philosophy required.
