The Food & Beverage (F&B) Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies to promote the hotels restaurants bars catering and banquet offerings. This role combines marketing expertise with a passion for hospitality ensuring that all F&B promotions reflect the brands luxury positioning drive guest engagement and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns; Develop plan and implement marketing campaigns for F&B outlets seasonal promotions events and special dining experiences. Ensure alignment with the hotels overall brand strategy and Marriott International / The Luxury Collection brand standards. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Digital Marketing & Content Creation; Manage F&B digital presence across social media website email newsletters and partner platforms. Create engaging content (photos videos copywriting) highlighting signature dishes chefs seasonal promotions and guest experiences. Collaborate with PR and communications teams to maximize media coverage. Revenue & Promotion Support; Partner with the F&B and Sales teams to design packages promotions and campaigns that drive revenue. Track ROI of marketing initiatives and report performance metrics to leadership. Support banquet and catering marketing by creating materials for weddings MICE and corporate events. Guest Engagement & Experience; Enhance the visibility of F&B offerings to hotel guests and local communities. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure marketing storytelling aligns with actual guest experiences. Support guest loyalty initiatives and Marriott Bonvoy F&B activations. Brand & Visual Standards; Ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines maintaining a luxury and sophisticated image. Coordinate with designers photographers and agencies for professional campaigns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality Management or related field.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Other Experience: Excellent communication skills in English. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand alignment. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations sales and PR teams.
