The Role

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced platforms where AI models and intelligent agents are core product features.

Youwillpartnerwithforward-thinkingorganizationsincludingleadingSiliconValleycompaniestoarchitectandbuildnext-generationsoftwaresystemsthatleveragelargelanguagemodelsautonomousagentsanddata-drivenintelligence.

Your Team

Youll collaborate with Engineering and Technology Governance leaders while working closely with client stakeholders. As you partner externally youll also mentor senior engineers internally sharing industry learnings and shaping Stratpoints long-term engineering strategy. Your influence spans delivery teams platform owners and strategic business units keeping our technical direction future-ready and aligned with client realities.

YourResponsibilities

Architect and build software platforms where AI models and autonomous agents are primary features
WorkdirectlywithclientsincludingSiliconValleycompaniestodesignimplementandscaleAI-drivensoftwaresolutions.
RapidlyprototypeanditerateonAI-enabledfeatureswithinternalteamsandclientstakeholders.
Design and implement scalable software architectures that integrate and operationalize AI services large language models and multi-agent frameworks.
ProvidetechnicalguidanceonincorporatingAIcapabilitiesintoproduction-gradesoftwaresystems.
Communicateeffectivelyacrosstechnicalandbusinessaudiencesfromengineeringteamstoexecutiveleadership.
TranslateclientandindustryinsightsintoimprovementsforStratpointsengineeringpracticesandplatforms.
Mentoranddevelopseniortechnicaltalentfosteringacultureofdeeptechnicallearningandinnovation.
Lead internal R&D initiatives and guide strategic technology investments informed by field experience
ContributetomajorinitiativessuchascompetencyassessmentsandrepresentingStratpointatindustryforums.

About You

Youare/have:

MasterofSoftwareEngineeringacrossthetechstack;skilledinTypeScriptJavaScriptPythonandmore.
Provenexperiencebuildingscalablefault-tolerantsystemsandcloud-nativeapplications(AWSGCP).
StrongDevOpsandoperationalexcellencepracticesforhighavailabilityandcontinuousdelivery.
ExpertiseinintegratingAI/MLtechnologiessuchasLLMsagenticAIordata-drivenplatformsintoreal-worldsystems.
Abilitytomentorengineerschampionhigh-qualitycodeandleadtechnicalstrategythroughhands-oncontribution.
Excellentcommunicatorwhocanbridgetechnicalandbusinessperspectives.
