Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical QA Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying issues thoroughly testing software applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Location:
On office Job (Satellite Ahmedabad)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
- Develop effective test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
- Execute manual test cases and analyze results
- Identify record document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products
- Report and communicate test results and status to project teams
- Maintain documentation of test results for future reference
- Ensure compliance with QA processes and standards
- Participate in design and requirement review meetings
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and QA methodologies
- Ability to write clear concise and comprehensive test cases and test plans
- Experience in bug tracking tools like JIRA Bugzilla or similar
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Good knowledge of database testing using SQL
- Strong attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts or tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
