Join Esri Summer Internship Program

Work with seasoned events professionals to support our 2026 Esri User Conference with 20000 attendees.

What Youll Do

Join Esris Summer Internship Program on the Events team and gain hands-on experience supporting the 2026 Esri User Conference the worlds largest gathering of geospatial professionals with over 20000 attendees. Work alongside experienced corporate events professionals and contribute to high-impact projects. The projects interns work on vary including:

Coordinating large-scale food and beverage programs
Assisting with event content and agenda management
Supporting sponsorship and exhibit programs
Conference logistic management

Requirements

We look for students majoring in marketing business hospitality events communications GIS or geography and are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelors masters or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing
Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicantsmust be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Able to complete a 12-weekinternshipbeginning in May or June 2026
Strong writing and communication and research skills
Experience with social media platforms is a plus

Program Timeline

The pay range for this internship takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience to include specialized skill sets. Interns who meet minimum qualifications during their internship may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share.

A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $28.00 - $33.00
