We are on the lookout for an experienced Principal Consultant Industrial Hygiene based in The Woodlands Texas who is passionate about shaping the future of industrial hygiene and occupational health. As a Principal Consultant Industrial Hygiene you will:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business/action plan
• Through business development sales and client relationships expand the Southeast and national US client base across multiple industry sectors
• Identify and develop new opportunities prepare effective technical proposals and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients
• Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business including consulting and compliance services
• Serve as a senior resource for occupational health safety and industrial hygiene program marketing project implementation and related activities
• Achieve clients expectations for scope budget schedule and quality
• Manage complex industrial hygiene programs ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 30 to 50% travel.
  

Were Looking for Someone Who:

• Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS with 15 years of consulting experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree in science or an EHS-related field.
• Is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (required).
• Demonstrates strong business acumen proficiency in project or client management capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Has at least five (5) years of successful business development and sales experience in a professional services environment
• Has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategies
• Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and drive sales
• Has established relationships in the oil and gas chemical and/or manufacturing industry sectors (preferred)
• Open to travel (30-50%).

The salary for this position can range from $121500 to $162000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to the candidates competencies level of experience education location divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
