Essential Functions:- Mines and analyzes complex organizational data sets to identify patterns trends and anomalies.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements.
- Designs and implements data models and processes to extract transform and load data from various sources. Develops and maintains business intelligence solutions to support the organizations decision-making processes.
- Creates and maintains reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and trends. Prepares reports and conducts effective presentations of findings to diverse audiences.
- Provides training and support to others to ensure effective use of business intelligence reports tools and solutions.
- Researches latest trends in business intelligence technologies and selects appropriate BI tools features and techniques.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and analysis.
Education Requirement: - Bachelors degree in statistics actuary health informatics required.
- Masters MBA MHA or similar field preferred.
