Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&A Intern to join our team. This internship offers exposure to deal processes market research and client engagement in a dynamic advisory environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn organized and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Support deal sourcing through company and investor database management.
- Conduct market mapping research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partners.
- Assist with CRM updates tracking prospects and maintaining pipeline data.
- Perform outreach and appointment scheduling with prospective clients and partners.
- Draft and edit presentation materials pitch decks and client communications.
- Contribute to internal team meetings reporting and project documentation.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Strong interest in mergers & acquisitions investment banking or corporate finance.
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
