Job Summary

K42 is building the next-generation commerce platformmaking retail programmable and turning real-time transaction data into an entirely new industry. We need a Founders Associate to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder and make them faster sharper and more effective.

This is a full-time role with an always-on edgeregular hours plus ad-hoc support when deals flights or crises pop up. Youll handle both the personal and professional sides of the founders life from calendar chaos to boardroom prep. Your job: amplify the founder so the company can move at full speed.

Tasks

What youll do

Keep the founder one step ahead: manage schedules travel priorities and personal logistics without being asked

Plan and join international travel investor meetings and partner events
Handle confidential information with total discretion and sound judgement
Jump into side projectsresearch competitor deep dives market mappingwhere quick thinking and independence count
Smooth out daily friction so the founder can focus on building the business
