Description of the role
University Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team in Fenton MI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care activities
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
