This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of financial planning and forecasting tools for Apples various forms of compensation including base salary bonus and equity programs. While instrumental in shaping global strategic decisions this person is also responsible for ensuring absolute accuracy when these programs are implemented down to the individual employee level.
5 years of professional finance experience
BS or BA in Economics Business or equivalent
Independent self-starter with the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity in a sophisticated matrix structure
Proven ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a broader perspective
Robust analytical skills and business sense with an ability to see the implications of actual and planned activities adding value to management decisions
Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
Excellent process management planning and organizational skills
Quick thinking action oriented and with a commitment to excellence
