For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of professional experience;
- Analytical skills and experience conducting business process analysis requirements gathering and solution design to support organizational needs;
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking clients partners and cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes;
- Proficiency creating detailed documentation and specifications in French and English to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders;
- Understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies as well as the capability to adapt to and effectively use new business solutions and tools;
- Experience in Banking or Finance domain is a plus;
- Fluency in French and English is required (B2 Level);
- Availability to work in a hybrid regime in Porto.
