Job Summary

- 5 years of relevant experience in a finance or data analytics role.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with a proven ability to distill complex data into simple comprehensive financial models.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Data Science or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and programming languages (e.g. Python R).
- Consistent track record of driving operational excellence and consistently delivering superior results while maintaining a high standard of internal control
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with key business stakeholders and influence positive change
- Strong finance and business sense ability to quickly learn understand and converse around key business issues
- Strong process and data analysis skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights
- Experience in business process re-engineering and innovative technology solution implementations
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with stringent deadlines
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with a natural ability to connect with people at multiple levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and programming languages (e.g. Python R).
- Knowledge of GAAP SOX reconciliation general ledger finance and accounting processes
