Westhaven Villa our beautiful facility located in Aberdeen WA has a current opening for a Maintenance position. This position would have you leading the maintenance team and coordinating facilities oversight. Requirements:
- Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep;
- Competence in understanding and providing routine maintenance to electrical plumbing and other systems;
- Must have the ability to understand and follow safety procedures and precautions as they apply to maintenance functions;
- Must be able to follow all Safety regulations;
- Must have good communication skills and be a strong team leader;
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service;
- Must be able to lift push or pull 35 pounds up to 30 time per shift;
- Must be able to bend stoop twist kneel and reach.
- Prior experience with seniors or long-term care facility is a plus!
