Job Summary
Responsibilities
Sentinel is seeking an experienced Network Engineer with CCNA level of expertise and experience with installing Catalyst 6300 switches Palo Alto firewalls and UPS devices. The ideal candidate will bring mid-level experience in network engineering strong technical expertise and the flexibility to support projects that may require significant travel across the United States. While remote work is available when not traveling preference will be given to candidates located in the Scottsdale AZ area or near a major airport to accommodate frequent travel needs. This is a contract to hire job opportunity located in Scottsdale Arizona.
Qualifications
- CCNA certification (or equivalent level of expertise); higher-level certifications are a plus.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Catalyst 9300 switches
- Palo Alto firewalls
- UPS device installation and support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the U.S.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
