Amazon MCF and BwP offer a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility organization that will be a significant driver for the companys growth. Amazon has spent years building one of the worlds most efficient and optimized supply chains. BwP and MCF services are using these foundations and is now looking to redefine how customers shop online and how businesses utilize Amazons capabilities to fulfill orders for customers regardless of where the transaction occurs off-Amazon.

Were looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager- CN Unmanaged Segment to join one of our fastest-growing teams and help in acquiring and growing the China based unmanaged merchant segment. This includes thinking bigger about the entire lifecycle of the China based merchants from acquisition to growth and retention and will be responsible for in-year unit goal from this segment of merchants. You will obsess about the unmanaged merchant needs and be involved in cross-functional projects to drive the growth of China based unmanaged MCF merchants. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth business that offers candidates the ability to create a vision and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon and with key external partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with China based MCF team members to drive MCF inclusion in various marketing campaigns and initiatives through the sister teams like Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) and Amazon Global Sales (AGS) channels.
- Collaborate with merchant support and product team to identify the biggest pain points for China based unmanaged merchants and influence the product roadmap to prioritize initiatives to address these.
- Grow retention of MCF amongst China based unmanaged merchants by diving deep and defining different tiers of merchants with unique needs. Next identifying and executing levers to drive merchant retention through early settlement by initiatives like negative value actions API adoption etc.
- Build partnerships with leadership business stakeholders and technical teams to drive consensus on priorities and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
- Working proficiency in Mandarin language

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
