We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional within Partnership Distribution accountable for business strategy and planning for the Bancassurance and Brokerage segments. This role requires deep business insight and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement impactful strategies that drive sustainable channel growth.Job Responsibilities
Strategic Development: Formulate and execute business strategies spearhead innovative initiatives and design effective programs to unlock new opportunities across diverse customer segments and expand the partnership portfolio.
Business Planning: Support the development of business plans in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners ensuring alignment with partner visions and strategic goals.
Customer Engagement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships through data-driven insights. Develop tactical programs to drive cross-selling upselling and optimize maturity proceeds.
Growth Initiatives: Contribute to strategic planning for new business opportunities crafting initiatives that foster long-term growth in the partnership distribution channel.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree preferably in a business-related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years experience in the insurance banking or financial services industry.
Solid understanding of life insurance products and experience in product development.
Strong presentation and project management capabilities.
Demonstrated business acumen and marketing insight with robust analytical skills.
High level of ownership self-motivation and ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese input.
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
