Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering high-impact events for the European Union ICF Next is looking to connect with experienced Event Specialists to support future EU projects focused on innovation sustainability and institutional communication.
By expressing your interest youll be among the first to be contacted when new opportunities arise within our dynamic Events Team.
What Youll Do
Plan and manage logistics for in-person hybrid and online events across Europe.
Oversee budgets timelines and resources to maximize value for both agency and client.
Coordinate registration travel and accommodation for participants.
Manage external suppliers venues and local partners.
Provide hands-on leadership during event execution to ensure smooth operations and exceptional delivery.
Collaborate with creative teams to bring bold audience-centric concepts to lifeon brand and within budget.
Operate platforms like CVENT B2Match Zoom Webex MS Teams Interactio and .
Deliver innovative solutions aligned with client objectives and a commitment to excellence.
What Were Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management.
Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.
Curious about how AI can enhance event planning and delivery.
