Job Summary
Full-Time Receptionist Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram (Lockport IL)
Are you an organized people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Our busy Lockport showroom is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. Receptionists play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers vendors and guests.
Schedule:
MondayFriday 7:30am3:30pm
Occasional evening or Saturday availability may be required
What Youll Do:
Greet and assist customers visitors and vendors in person and over the phone
Manage and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
Accurately receipt and process customer payments
Perform data entry for inventory management
Prepare and distribute daily sales reports
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
What Were Looking For:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in customer service or reception required
Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
