Role Overview
As aTrainee in Project & Studio Management you will work closely with the founders of various game studios gaining hands-on exposure to diverse topics around founding and managing development studios. The role offers a unique opportunity to dive into multiple disciplines from project management to corporate strategy.
This path is designed for someone who lives games inside and out you play argue and dive into the industry like its second nature.
The kind of stuff youll be doing
- Participate and support in the process of founding and managing game development studios
- Assist in financing projects and establishing sustainable business models
- Work on operational challenges corporate projects and strategy in game development
- Support diverse projects across differentrcpfamily studios and contribute to the overall success of the business such as:
- Devise and establish new processes
- Help organize events and developer gatherings for our developers (DevSummits)
- Support the publishing efforts of our studios
- And many more
