You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you an Administrative Assistant who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks while applying AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency in scheduling data management reporting and communications. Provide general administrative support including scheduling email management and document preparation.
Use AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Google Duet or similar) to improve processes draft communications summarize information and generate reports.
Maintain digital records organize files and ensure data accuracy.
Support internal and external communications preparing presentations and materials as needed.
Assist with basic data entry research and report generation.
Identify opportunities to optimize administrative workflows with AI tools.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Copilot Jasper or other productivity platforms) to improve efficiency in admin tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly learn new tools and proactively improve processes.
Experience managing calendars and travel logistics.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana ).
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
