Job Description Regional Franchise Manager

Not only do they want to buy a generator but theyre also looking for installation and in most cases someone to provide routine and on-demand maintenance. Generator Supercenter offers a fantastic franchise opportunity for entrepreneurs exploring their options as they consider a new business venture in this high-demand and rapidly emerging residential home services market.

Responsibilities

Attain annual budget for each franchise within your assigned region.
Conduct in person and virtual presentations on multiple aspects of the business.
Identify new opportunities within your assigned region.
Collaborate on strategic third-party business relationships with each franchise to maximize each opportunity.
Cultivates lead generation through own organic and third-party programs.
Accelerate answers for Franchise locations.
Create a business plan and metrics for each Franchise and review regularly to ensure achievement.
Conduct regular training for franchise locations.
Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to drive local marketing activities with each Franchise.
Ensure all franchise locations adhere to the franchise agreements.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree.
Expert ability in building relationships and influencing people.
Strong experience in conducting training via virtual and in person.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and sales plus service programs.
Proven past success achieving sales goals.
Franchise experience preferred.
