Job Summary
Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated Workforce Talent Advisor (Recruiter) to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building relationships and is eager to grow a career in customer service sales and recruiting.

What Youll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and associates
- Conduct resume searches interviews and follow-ups to place candidates in the right roles
- Strategically match talent to client needs to ensure successful placements
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships
- Serve as the reliable link between associates and clients addressing needs and resolving challenges quickly
- Perform administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct service calls and client visits to strengthen partnerships
- Present clients with additional Surge Staffing services to help them succeed
- Recruit train and retain associates while coaching them for success
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent); higher education or relevant work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience required
- Staffing or recruiting experience preferred but not required
- Customer service or leadership background a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites when needed
- A flexible schedule to meet client and associate needs
- A sales-driven team-focused attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
