Were hiring for a full-time Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing Department at 41 Montebello Rd Pueblo CO 81001.
What Youll BE Doing:
The Multimedia Specialist will bring Health Solutions story to life through compelling video photography and visual content. This role will focus on creating high-quality digital media that supports marketing campaigns enhances community engagement and showcases the impact of our programs and services. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills in video and photography production and a passion for creating content that connects with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan shoot and edit video content for social media websites campaigns and internal communications.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography for marketing materials events publications and the Health Solutions website.
- Oversee the production of Health Solutions podcast including planning recording editing and publishing episodes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on content planning and campaign development.
- Create visually engaging assets to support brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
- Provide live event coverage through video photography and real-time posting.
- Maintain and organize multimedia files ensuring accessibility for the team.
- Stay current with trends in video photography and digital media to bring innovative ideas forward.
- Support reporting and evaluation of digital media performance metrics as needed.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For The Must Haves:
- Associates degree in Media Production Photography or related field
- 2 Years proven experience in video production including filming editing and post-production.
- Proficiency with photography and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Photoshop Lightroom or similar).
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Experience managing content across social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across departments.
