Position Overview

Midea a global leader in home appliances is seeking a driven and results-oriented National Account Managerto support and grow our home appliance home comfort and floorcare business with Lowes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities executing sales strategies and driving business growth within the Lowes account. This role requires strong relationship-building skills solid market knowledge and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution:Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets market share and profitability goals.
  • Account Management:Manage and strengthen relationships with Lowes merchants and cross-functional partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Market Analysis:Monitor market trends competitive activity and customer needs to identify opportunities and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaboration:Partner with internal teams including marketing product development and logistics to align sales activities with business objectives.
  • Sales Reporting:Track and report on sales performance forecasts and key metrics. Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Brand Advocacy:Represent Midea at Lowes meetings and events promoting the companys products and values to enhance brand reputation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 57 years of sales experience preferably in the home appliances industry; experience with Lowes is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the home appliances market customer preferences and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Confortable attending offices 4 days a week and Friday work from home.
  • Location:Charlotte Metro area based in the Midea Sales Office in Mooresville.
