Resident Project Representative III
JobDescription - Must be able to read construction plans and specifications.
- Good Communication skills.
- Perform Construction Inspection duties on project assigned.
- Able to direct inspectors and field staff of multiple projects.
- Must be able to read plans and specifications.
- Has basic knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures.
- Able to communicate with Clients Contractor ad Engineers.
- Ability to market our services to clients contractors or engineers.
- Handles routine matters of relatively small impact on projects that are not complex or change design parameters.
- Participates and/or run project meetings.
- Ability to understand budgets and cost assignments.
- Construction Manager Certification from CMAA.
- Willing to attend outside training OSHA ACI Etc.
- Assist Construction Manager with monthly reports pay request approvals stored materials reviews as built drawings and test reports.
- Coordination of QC/QA Testing on the site.
- Complete Daily Construction Reports and other documentation as assigned by Construction Manager.
- Has interaction with the clients. Works with Client field staff during construction.
- Works with Contractor field crews and Project Managers during construction.
- Reports daily to Construction Manager and regularly to the Project Manager.
- Willing to attend outside training OSHA ACI Etc.

Work Environment - While performing the duties of thisjob employee may have to works in outside weather conditions. Employee occasionally works near moving parts and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
- Employee will be expected to pass OSHA safety course as part of training forjobsite visits.
Physical Demands - While performing the duties of thisjob the employee maybe required to stand up to 8 hours or more at one time walk in rugged conditions work in adverse weather conditions.
- The employee is occasionally required to walk sit climb or balance kneel crouch or crawl.
- The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 125 pounds.
- Noise levels in the work environment is often loud.
- Perform Construction Inspection duties on projects assigned. Able to lead project inspection on single project at minimum.
JobRequirements - 7 - 15 Years Experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Must understand construction surveying procedures and principles.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and vehicle in good working condition and report any problems or repairs needed in a timely manner.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Able to use Microsoft Programs and others as assigned.
- Willing to Travel.
