What Youll Do
Work with department leaders to define the current state and desired state of business processes.
Conduct gap analyses and independent analyses to develop overall business requirements and resolve issues.
Translate business requirements to technical/functional requirements and specifications and deploy/customize off-the-shelf solutions
Develop relationships with stakeholders and other departments and facilitate cross-department technical communication
Ensure alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.
Own and expand our Salesforce implementation in collaboration with our Engineering team.
What You Bring
5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
PMP designation ITIL certification and/or Salesforce experience considered an asset.
Deep understanding of business process design and improvement concepts.
Hands-on experience with system deployments
You are patient when dealing with users and stakeholders.
You have a passion for technology and how it can enable individuals and organizations to achievemore.
You build trust and treat your colleaguesusersand vendors with a high level of respect.
Youare growth-oriented andseek learning opportunitiesdespitechallenges and setbacks.
You are curious flexibleself-learner and are a results-oriented team player.
