Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who combines creativity with data-driven insights to elevate brand awareness and support business growth. This role requires strategic thinking hands-on execution and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for products and services.
Manage multi-channel digital campaigns including social media email and e-commerce.
Oversee content creation such as blogs newsletters and website updates.
Collaborate with product management to ensure successful product launches.
Coordinate digital advertising to maximize market visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
What Were Looking For
3-5 years of marketing project management experience ideally in fast-paced CPG and e-commerce. Subscription business experience is a plus.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
Experience aligning marketing initiatives with product management.
Expertise in email marketing and content creation.
Proficiency with WordPress and website/content management.
Familiarity with print digital and performance marketing.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
Salary $80K-$90K (DOE)
