HVAC PM Person JLL
What this job involves:
A challenging position where you will perform preventive maintenance as scheduled. You will work on equipment. You will also have the chance to work with some really good HVAC mechanics. This is also a great learning opportunity.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Work starts at 0730 to 1600 hours daily Monday through Friday.
- Tuesday is Safety meeting first thing.
- On site online training provided by JLL
- Check on your work to have your schedule in order.
- End of day turn in you completed services calls and PMs and any other paperwork.
Required Qualifications:
- Min. of 2 years working in the HVAC trade.
- EPA Universal 608 Cert.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- No felony convictions. Must pass a federal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of how various chillers work
- Knowledge of how to maintain air handler units.
- Knowledge of and be able to use basic hand tools.
- Mechanical knowledge.
