Climb Higher (About the Job)

As a Warehouse Driver at TCI you are responsible for carrying out the directions given by the Warehouse Manager. Responsible for the execution of logistics functions of receiving processing and storing all items in the warehouse. Responsible for the sending out of inventory to internal and external customers with absolute accuracy based on the shipping list.

Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintaining a safety conscious method of working both on and off site.
• Driving in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
• Presenting a professional representation to all internal and external customers at all times.
• Load and unload all deliveries and pick ups in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain the accuracy of the inventory through strict adherence of established processes and procedures.
• Notify the warehouse manager of any missing lost or damaged materials equipment or inventory.
• Notify the warehouse manager of any issues impacting safety of the warehouse facility or equipment.
• Properly log any inventory entering the warehouse or leaving the warehouse by strictly following established processes and procedures.
• Follow all established processes procedures and policies when operating any and all equipment required to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Follow instructions given by warehouse manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean neat and well organized
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and warehouse manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the logistics team.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

• Education: High School or equivalent
• Experience: Entry level

Signal Strength (Knowledge/Skills):

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with the field and warehouse.
• Ability to operate cell phone-based inventory applications.

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25%
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25%
• The person in this position needs to move about inside the warehouse to access materials or machinery 50%
• The ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and inclement weather
