Position Overview

We are seeking an Analyst Treasury (F&A) to join our Shared Services team. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day treasury operations including banking transactions cash flow monitoring and reconciliations. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations while supporting the overall Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and treasury functions within our global shared services environment.

Compensationrange for this role is 6-6.6 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications

What Youll Do

  • Handle daily banking operations including payment processing fund transfers and cash management.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Manage vendor and employee payments ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and monitoring to ensure optimal liquidity management.
  • Process and review invoices as part of P2P cycle when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.
  • Contribute to process automation and improvement initiatives within Treasury and Shared Services.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in commerce () or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.
  • 5 years of experience in Treasury Bank Processing Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay within a Shared Services environment.
  • Strong understanding of cash management reconciliations and P2P cycles.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor and payment processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.
  • Exposure to financial tools such as MS Dynamics Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Prior experience working with legal or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
