Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Administer medication as directed
- Document client progress and any changes in condition
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in direct care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
