Position: Conversion & Retention Agent (Japanese Desk)
Location: Sri Lanka
We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Sri Lanka In this role you will be responsible for communicating with Turkish German or Japanese -speaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to Japanese -speaking customers to convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Proven experience as Conversion or Retention Agents is a must (Min 1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
