Job Summary

Position: Conversion & Retention Agent (Japanese Desk)
Location: Sri Lanka

We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Sri Lanka In this role you will be responsible for communicating with Turkish German or Japanese -speaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to Japanese -speaking customers to convert leads into sales.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

Fluency in Japanese (both verbal and written) is essential.
Proven experience as Conversion or Retention Agents is a must (Min 1 year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
