Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector and proven expertise in EPC project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects from conceptual design engineering procurement construction commissioning to handover.
Develop and manage project execution plans schedules budgets and resources.
Oversee and coordinate with engineering procurement construction and subcontractor teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual HSE (Health Safety & Environment) and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Monitor and control project risks costs and progress implementing corrective actions where required.
Manage and report project KPIs deliverables and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead client engagement and relationship management ensuring effective communication and alignment with customer expectations.
Drive contract management including claims variations and dispute resolution.
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to international Oil & Gas and EPC standards.
Provide leadership mentorship and development opportunities to project team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil Electrical or equivalent); a Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
10 -15 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Oil & Gas EPC industry.
Strong track record of delivering large-scale EPC projects within the O&G industry.
Egyptian nationals preferred.
Excellent knowledge of EPC contracts.
Strong commercial and financial management skills with experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
Proficiency in project management software.
Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with international HSE and quality standards
Multinational and multicultural work experience preferred.
