Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector and proven expertise in EPC project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects from conceptual design engineering procurement construction commissioning to handover.
- Develop and manage project execution plans schedules budgets and resources.
- Oversee and coordinate with engineering procurement construction and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual HSE (Health Safety & Environment) and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Monitor and control project risks costs and progress implementing corrective actions where required.
- Manage and report project KPIs deliverables and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead client engagement and relationship management ensuring effective communication and alignment with customer expectations.
- Drive contract management including claims variations and dispute resolution.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to international Oil & Gas and EPC standards.
- Provide leadership mentorship and development opportunities to project team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil Electrical or equivalent); a Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 10 -15 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Oil & Gas EPC industry.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale EPC projects within the O&G industry.
- Egyptian nationals preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of EPC contracts.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills with experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with international HSE and quality standards
- Multinational and multicultural work experience preferred.
