Job Summary
Objective of the Job
This position focuses on problem solving by implementing actionable data-driven business solutions predicting emerging trends and providing recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and modeling.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Uphold high integrity while supporting Safety Environmental and Quality Systems.

Identify business use cases in consultation with stakeholders peers and supervisors.

Analyze data requirements create models and provide solutions (combination of ML and Analytics).

Document processes and mentor team members.
-
Participate in setting up an analytics platform for Self-Service Analytics.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field; masters degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Analytics and the use of Machine Learning algorithms.

Demonstrated ability with visualization tools ML frameworks and related technologies.

Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to deliver projects on time.

Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
-
Ability to work onsite or remotely from Arkansas Tennessee Texas or Mississippi with occasional onsite visits as needed.
Supervisory Responsibility
-
This position does not supervise others; however the scope of the role may change as the organization grows.
