Job Description
Command and pilot corporate aircraft worldwide with complete responsibility for its airworthy condition safe operation security and expedited air travel for company personnel.
Ensure the safety security and well-being of crew and passengers during command.
Command and pilot corporate aircraft with full authority.
Coordinate flight planning catering fuel and supply procurement.
Assure compliance with all applicable safety legal technical requirements and FAA regulations.
Maintain effective communications between aircrew dispatch maintenance and passengers worldwide.
Complete and maintain required aircraft forms and records in accordance with FAA regulations.
Attend to passenger travel needs and coordinate both air and ground requirements.
Maintain a high degree of proficiency and professionalism; perform additional management tasks as assigned.
Possess a thorough understanding of the systems of aircraft currently in use.
15 years of experience required.
Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot Rating with appropriate type class category and competency certificates for division aircraft.
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit.
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport with no restrictions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel).
Experience with Oracle invoicing.
Proficiency with ForeFlight.
Minimum of 4000 flight hours.
Bachelors degree (or equivalent with approved waiver).
Broadly diversified flight experience in both domestic and international travel gained through business flight operations or military experience.
