Participates in the design management and implementation of compensation and benefits plans including executive plans across all associate groups and locations.
Leads projects that have strategic financial and global impact.
Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of the companys compensation and benefits programs including short- and long-term incentives health and wellbeing life and disability insurances flexible spending retirement and other offerings.
Contributes to the design of short- and long-term incentives for quota carrying roles ensuring appropriate:
o Performance measures
o Quotas / weights and
o Mechanisms to operationalize the plan and drive desired behaviors.
Monitors global compensation and benefits practices and ensures the companys compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Recommends changes to existing programs by studying evolving company requirements associate needs industry trends and emerging practices.
Ensures the integration of compensation and benefits and related services with overall Human Resources strategies and programs.
Ensures the company is receiving premium service from designated external service providers.
Works with Finance & Accounting to understand the impact of plan changes on the companys fringe rates.
Works closely with external service providers to ensure their understanding of program objectives performance requirements timelines and expectations.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Masters degree preferred
