Job Description
The Team Lead Data & Analyticswill:
Training & Support: Provide ongoing training support and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis. Assist with work during peak periods.
People Management: Manage a team of benefit analysts conducting regular check-ins for development and goal alignment. Collaborate with Director/Manager on performance assessments and solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with consultants to manage deliverable expectations and ensure balanced workloads for analysts.
Issue Resolution: Address errors and operational challenges collaborating with the team to resolve and prevent issues.
Workflow Management: Oversee task prioritization monitor analyst capacity and track deliverable progress.
Technical Resource: Offer technical expertise and guidance on complex issues to consultants account managers and analysts.
Project Support: Contribute to key projects by providing subject matter expertise and supporting project implementation.
Change Management: Lead the adoption of new processes and tools including training for smooth transitions.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends to ensure alignment with best practices.
