Job Summary

Project Manager Workday Implementation
Location: Austin Texas (Hybrid Onsite 3 days per week)
Permanent Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager (PMP) to lead the organizations Workday implementation with a focus on finance and human resources transformation. This role will oversee project execution ensuring alignment with business goals collaboration across departments and successful adoption throughout the enterprise.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
Six or more years of program or project management experience preferably in large-scale business transformation or ERP/HCM implementations
Strong business operations experience in finance HR or enterprise administration
Proven ability to coordinate senior-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication facilitation and organizational change management skills
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday Oracle or SAP with emphasis on project oversight rather than technical configuration
Workday implementation experience preferred
Professional certifications such as PMP Lean or Agile/Scrum are a plus
Background in nonprofit public sector or mission-driven organizations is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation with a focus on finance and HR functions
Partner with senior leaders including the CFO CHRO CAO and Director of Application Support to align project activities with organizational objectives
Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure broad adoption and long-term success
Oversee project planning scheduling risk management and performance tracking
Facilitate communication across teams to ensure timely decision-making and project progress
