Solid Rock Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a top-tier commercial painting contractor in Charlotte North Carolina and were looking for a leader ready to take charge of complex Division 9 paint and coatings projects. Relocation support is available for the right candidate!
What Youll Do:
Manage commercial painting projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with clients GCs vendors and field crews to ensure quality execution
Oversee project budgets timelines and safety compliance
Read and interpret blueprints specs and job scopes
Conduct site visits to monitor progress address issues and maintain job quality
Lead field teams while fostering a positive safety-first culture
What Were Looking For:
35 years of PM experience in commercial paint/coatings
Strong knowledge of surface prep product systems and application techniques
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and jobs simultaneously
Experience with project scheduling budgeting and client coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
