As an operational Scrum Master you will help the team plan and structure their days while defining and monitoring key KPI:s to ensure timely deliveries. You will monitor both more classical development projects but will also be helping the team with ITSM prioritization and escalations. Using the agile framework you will manage standups retros and other similar ceremonies to help improve current ways of working and improve team output.
Support and Planning: Assist Service Desk (SD) technicians in structuring and planning their daily tasks and priorities.
Improvement Initiatives: Drive improvement activities for increased delivery in collaboration with the area manager and team.
Escalation Management: Handle escalations effectively.
Team Relationships: Manage and maintain relationships with other teams.
IT Service Management (ITSM):
KPI Management: Create follow up and analyze ITSM KPIs and propose necessary actions.
Dashboard Monitoring: Monitor incident and request dashboards and ensure timely deliveries.
Issue Analysis: Analyze complex issues to assist the team with workflow improvements.
Agile Practices:
Agile Ceremonies: Manage daily stand-ups retrospectives and other agile ceremonies.
Sprint Follow-up: Track and follow up on sprint deliveries.
PI Planning: Support Program Increment (PI) planning with capacity planning.
Agile Coaching: Coach the team on agile delivery practices.
Agile KPIs: Create follow up and analyze agile delivery KPIs and propose actions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ITSM tools and software.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex issues efficiently.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Empathy: Understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of team members and stakeholders.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Decision-Making: Making informed decisions promptly and effectively.
Knowledge in Power BI or similar reporting tool is desirable
