Job Description:
- Identify define and deliver automation-focused initiatives.
- Help gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct research on tools workflows and best practices to inform automation opportunities.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog items test features and track progress.
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics and KPIs for automation solutions.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve product outcomes.
- Document processes workflows and product updates to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Stay curious about how different teams (operations compliance customer service etc.) work and identify areas for automation that can bring measurable improvements.
Job Specification:
- 13 years of experience in product management product analytics or business analysis.
- Strong interest in technology automation and building scalable solutions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers designers and business teams.
- Comfortable working with data to support decision-making (Excel SQL or analytics tools are a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Curiosity adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hands-on execution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile product development practices.
- Prior experience in a tech company FinTech or startup environment (but not required).
